Hello. Good Evening. Welcome to your interview for the Lasallian Ambassadors.

This is just a
way for us to get to know you. Btw, I am Jose Antonio Libo-on, Secretary for the Human
Resource and Development and together with me is Wyndey Formacion and Arabelle Cruzada,
undersecretary for HRD and Angelica Moreño Executive president. And we will be your
interviewers today. So don't be too nervous, just be yourself, you may use any dialect that
you’re comfortable with and we will now start the interview.

Any questions will do:

1. Can you describe yourself in the most creative way you can think of?
Ma. Althea Santillana - simple, hardworking

2. Tell us a little bit about you that other people don't know about.

3. What do you want to do in your free time?

5. Can you tell us what are your priorities in life or 5 priorities in your life? And Rank them from
greatest to least.
Ma. Althea Santillana - family,school
Roselle - school, job

6. Given your current situation now, is there a thing that gives you stress? And how do you
handle this stress and pressure in your life?
Ma. Althea Santillana - indi pag padalman
Thea Ebon - pandemic, think positive
Roselle - stress pandemic, cope with talking to family, pet dogs

7. What motivates you in life?


Ma. Althea Santillana - family
Thea Ebon - taking up education is a stepping stone and it motivates her
Roselle - family

8. What is the greatest challenge that you've encountered and how did you handle it?
Thea Ebon - during pandemic, it was hard to cope problems, but handle it in a way that other
people is not affected
Roselle - lost mom, handle it but trusting Gods

9. How do you evaluate success?


Thea Ebon - its a stepping stone its a the actual goal
Roselle - reach goals

10. How did you know about Lasallian Ambassadors?

10. Why do you want to join the Lasallian Ambassadors?


Ma. Althea Santillana - brother is also part of LAMBS, to serve students
Thea Ebon - to serve lasallians, to be a helping hand sa students, to a better person
Roselle - learn new things, meet new friends, want to improve leadership skills

12. What are the skills that you can offer for LAMBS
Ma. Althea Santillana - mag sulat
Thea Ebon - speaking, fast thinker
Roselle - can do task effectively

12. Let's say that you unfortunately didn't pass the interviews and did not make it as a Lasallian
Ambassador, how will you react?
Ma. Althea Santillana - okay lang
Thea Ebon - its okay, take it as a stepping stone
Roselle - its okay, just accept

13. What about if you get in but you realized that being a Lasallian Ambassador is no easy task
and you have tons of responsibilities now you’re part of the LAMBS, what will you do?
Ma. Althea Santillana - damo may ma bulig, very responsible
Thea Ebon - expect the worse, befor applying ready self, have to believe in self
Roselle - its normal to work under pressure, just try best to balance acads with lambs

14. Are you willing to sacrifice something in order to become or in order to be part of Lambs?

15. In the most creative way possible, convince us that we will accept you into the LAMBS
program. You may use your skills or talents.
Krizelle Daed - can adjust, and sensible person, know how to embrace change in life, can assure
everyone to do the responsibilities well
