Greetings!
This is to recommend, MR. IAN WILLIEN P. MAMARIL, an incoming fifth year
Mechanical Engineering student of Saint Louis University, to participate in the On-the-
Job Training Program of MOOG Controls Corporation.
By working with your company, he will be exposed in actual industrial and office
environment not normally taught in the classroom that could be valuable for his future
employment. His training will be credited to the course ME 526A — Plant
Inspection/OJT and Seminars that requires at least three hundred twenty (320)
hours of actual training. After the training, Mr. Mamaril will be required to submit a
copy of training activities on a daily or weekly basis duly signed by the assigned
supervisor.
Further, your acceptance or rejection of the student will be solely your prerogative.

In line with the University’s thrust to assist institutions and individuals in the promotion and development through
On-the-Job training, may we request for the approval of the training of Mr. Mamaril in your company. The On-
the-Job Training will commence on June 01, 2018 until July 30, 20!8 and will end upon the completion of a
minimum of 320 hours subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Upon the completion of the minimum 320 hours shall mean the termination of the training program of the
student;
2. The Management of Moog Controls Corporation is under no obligation to hire the trainee;
3. The trainee shall not be entitled to any remuneration or compensation during the training period, unless.
otherwise provided by Company. Accidents that may occur relative to their training course will not be the
responsibility of Saint Louis University.
4. ‘The trainee shall not exercise or practice unauthorized disclosure or reproduction of confidential records,
documents and information pertaining to the Company's business affairs at any time during or after the
training program; and that all company records, documents, and properties under the trainee’s custody or
Control shall be promptly surrendered to the Company at the end or termination ofthe training program, or at
any time requested during the training period,
5. For the duration of the training program, the trainee shall abide by all rules and regulations enforced by the
‘Company in the proper conduct of its business.
