UV Printer Maintenance Procedure

To perform maintenance on a UV printer during weekends or power blackouts: turn on the printer and select the RYPC software from the main screen. Choose the color bar image file, input the X and Y position coordinates as shown, and select normal print speed. Confirm the media thickness and start printing the test image twice - once in the morning and again in the evening.

Procedure for day-off/weekend/power blackout maintenance, UV Printer:

1. Turn on the machine, push the start button (green color) on the UV printer machine.
2. Open the RYPC software, then choose Task Selection on the left side of the software.

3. Select the image that you want to print (name: color bar image) by double left-clicking the image.

4. The image properties window will pop up as shown in the figure below.

5. Fill up the number for X Pos and Y Pos as shown in the figure in step number 4, and mark the square
with normal speedthen click print.
6. The window for media thickness will pop up after left clicking the print button, and fill in the number as
shown in the figure below. Click confirm and start print.

7. Finish.

Note: This procedure should be done 2 times (morning and evening) for weekend/day-off working.
