Service Model Canvas Overview

The service model canvas is a template used to map out the key elements of a service including users, value proposition, channels, activities, costs, and key performance indicators. It prompts the user to consider questions around who the service users are, how the service creates value for them, how it will be delivered and accessed, what resources and partners are needed, and how success can be measured. Filling out the template helps service designers and providers develop a holistic understanding of all aspects involved in providing a given service.
