characteristics utilize in the achievement of a successful business. Therefore, understand the

Servant leadership styles ensure that individuals seek to move the interaction away from

the management and personnel interaction to create a more empathetic approach to the

employees. Servant leader's concern is more on building leadership qualities among others since

they are more authorities than power; thereby, they influence the well-being of individuals and

Abraham Lincoln is a leader who embodies servant leadership style because of the

commitment to the growth of others and building community. Abraham's listening skills help

enhance individual personal growth (Brown 2016). Also, Abraham knew the things going on and

Abraham Lincoln desires to free people from slavery; thus, the ultimate goal he has is to

empower people by providing what they want. Therefore, Abraham's leadership style in ruling

ensured abolishing slavery in the United States and fundamentally changed the life and politics

of the Americans (Brown 2016). Therefore, his sense of integrity in the inspiration of loyalty,

dedication, and commitment proved that servant leader should lead with principles in serving the

people.

The servant leadership style reflects in the qualities of leadership I am holding, since

commitment in my work and helping others enhances success in the organization. Encouraging

others is essential because it helps people grow together, reason together, and make the right

choices necessary in personal growth. I learned that servant leadership is not about me but about

people to enhance noble work. Thus, my inspiration in an organization is to inspire others

through transforming and caring about individuals.
