Adult Resilience Measure-Revised (ARM-R)

The Adult Resilience Measure-Revised (ARM-R) is a 17-item questionnaire that measures resilience in adults. Respondents rate statements about social support, community belonging, cultural identity, and opportunities to learn and contribute on a 5-point scale from "not at all" to "a lot". Scoring and administration instructions are provided in an accompanying manual. The measure is intended to assess resilience as it relates to supportive relationships, identity, and access to material and social resources.
