ANSWER

NOW COMES the defendant in the above entitled case, and to this Honorable Court most
respectfully allege:
1. Defendant admits the averments in paragraphs () of the complaint; and
2. Defendant Specifically denies the allegation in paragraph (asa nga par. no.
nakabutang tung about sa promissory note ) of the complaint, the truth being that
the said promissory note is fictitious since my signature therein was forged.
By way of affirmative defense, defendant averse that:
The obligation has been paid. (However, plaintiff did not issue any receipt despite several
demands.) – ako2x ra ning dugang.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is hereby respectfully prayed before the


Honorable Court to render decision in favor of the defendant.
Other Reliefs and remedies deemed just and equitable under the foregoing premises are
likewise prayed for.
