INFORMATION

The undersigned Provincial Prosecutor accuses BOY of the crime of RAPE, defined and
penalized under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about the 1st May 2020, in Bauan, Batangas, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of
this Honorable Court, the above-named accused armed with a knife, did then and there, willfully
and feloniously raped the person of X, a sixteen-year old lass, by inserting her his penis into the
complainant’s vagina through force and intimation.

That the said victim suffered actual and moral damages in the amount as maybe rewarded by
the Honorable Court under the provisions of the New Civil Code of the Philippines.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
