The most impact this class had on me is confidence. This class made me feel safe and heard.

It

made me dig deeper into myself which I was able to find more surprising things. It helped me

appreciate the little things in life.

I realize some of my strength in this class which is now helping me think more about myself.

One of my greatest strengths is individualization because I am able to understand everyone

uniquely. I do my best to see how everyone’s unique characteristics and see their point of view

in situations that they are in.

The leadership model I found interesting is the servant leadership because I’ve thought about

giving back to my community. I believe one can do a lot to help make a difference in others

lives.

As of now, I got accepted and work as both a Pharmacy technician and store associate at CVS.

I plan to spend my summer in more training learning to improve on what I like to do. This would

help build up my confidence and dedication to better help others.
