ORDER PICK UP GUIDE

When the order is booked vendor should get an email with the BOL and Labels. On that
email chain the screen will show “order ready for pickup”. Clicking that button lets the
hub know to pick up.

Below is a visual guide for easy reference.

1. On the order confirmation email, click on either Track Order or Print labels

2. These links should take you to a page that gives you the order details. click on
Download BOL.
3. Click on Create to generate the BOL (in PDF format.)
4. On the PDF generated, the details on who you need to reach out to for pickup should
be there. This varies from location to location.

Please note: The vendor has to call the carrier to let them know it is picked up.
The number to call they can find if they look on the BOL. If they do this and they
do not get the items picked up then they can reach out to us and we will get it
resolved.
