1st interview: - Basic interview with HR and team head. Basically have to impress the
head of the team who is recruiting you. Tips: Do more background checks and research
regarding the department you applied for. Some questions can be tricky.\

2nd interview: - Group assessment. You will be divided into group of 5 or more to
conduct a case study and present to panel judges. These judges will be the leaders in
various teams of the department you chosen. Tips: Be vocal but do not be too eager to
impress during the discussion. Volunteer to present the final result of the discussion.

3rd interview: 3rd interview varies for different departments. Certain departments will be
as simple as just simple "get-to-know-you" meeting with team leaders who have chosen
you while some will be lunch/dinner interview to assess how you communicate during
lunch/dinner meeting. Table manners matter.
