ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I would like to appreciate and glorify The Almighty God who gave me the breath of life
and health to embark and now accomplish this project. It would have been impossible
without His Grace and Guidance. However, I sincerely acknowledge that this research
would have not been possible without the positive contributions, inputs and support of
many people.

I sincerely express my profound appreciation and gratitude to my admirable supervisor


Dr (Bldr) P.E. Ogunoh, for his invaluable guidance, keen interest, patience and close
supervision while navigating through numerous obstacles in order to complete this
research. It has been a great honour to work with him and learn from their invaluable
experiences. You are indeed a father and a mentor and you are really outstanding in your
knowledge and humility

I would like to offer a very sincere thanks to Prof. K.C. Okolie, Head of Department of
Building. I always remember your patience, gracious encouragement and dedication to
the success of this study.

I wish to acknowledge the help and information provided by many individuals, the orient
fm broadcasting station workers and my mentor Bldr, Andy Osuagwu during the
