Background analysis

It has been observed that in Africa half of the people in the working class are
unemployed or self-employed in the small scale industry thus leading to poor living
standards and maximum poverty. This has been caused by the fact that most
industries in Africa are foreign owned so most of the profits they made are sent to the
host country but African resources are used.

Objective
The main aim of this organisation is to provide a better future for the next generation
so as to fight poverty. The organisation can provide well paid jobs for everyone in
preparation of the future. The main goal of the organisation is by 2040 every African
will have well paid job which will be formal.

Procedure

For every couple with a child they will pay monthly fee in form of subscriptions
insuring that a the child finishes school studies they will be offered or claims their job
which will be offered according to their qualifications or academic archivements.
With a degree and above first class job
With 5 O level and A level sec class job
Then third class
Hobby and talents related jobs with be offered to inquire skill.
Startups will be offered after the business is innovative and is promising to return
profits as the organisation will hold above 40% of the shares business according to
their investment or they will offer a interest
Rules
Anything that is ethically unacceptable and that can tarnish the reputation of any
sector of the organisation can lead to the dismissal from the job and to never get other
job.
Only one chance to claim for a job using your subscriptions
Every rule in the book of rules to be followed or the organisation management can
take any legal measure they deem necessary.
Poor performance in your field can cause for change to the job class of cause temporal
salary cut
Every worker to have discounts for services & goods that the org provides
