1 Project Title
 The main aim of developing this app is to provide blood to the people who are in need
of blood. The numbers of persons who are in need of blood are increasing in large
number day by day. Using this system user can search the blood group available in the
city and he can also get contact number of the donor who has the same blood group. In
order to help people who are in need of blood, this Online Blood Bank app can be used
effectively for getting the details of available blood groups and users can also get the
contact number of the blood donors having the same blood group and within the same
city.

3 Problem Statement
Now we are living in a new generation and facing a problem is not a big issue, but
getting a solution to that problem is a challenge for a person. Here one of the major
problems is getting the blood and donating the blood. By using this App people can save
their time they don’t need to go or search the whole city. They can get all kinds of
information regarding the blood group, donor and Hospital and easily reach them and
save time.

4 Project Description
The proposed Blood Bank App helps the people who are in need of a blood by giving
them all details of blood group availability or regarding the donors with the same blood
group.
They don’t need to go anywhere to search for blood when they need it. They just need
to use this App then all the results will appear in just a second.
Our life is so busy so we don’t have time to spend going here and there, we can use
technical way to search the blood by using the Blood Bank App we can find thousands of
people who are donating the blood and also get the detail the of that person that in
which city he belongs to and what is the Blood group of that person.
So this is the most useful App ever.
4.1 Scope of the Work

Blood Bank App is usually designed for the people who are needed to donate the blood
or those who needed to get blood. All the information will be provided in this App like
Blood group, Donor information and Hospital information that they will easily connect
to each other.
If any person want to donate the Blood so he need to get the registration than he will
be able to
Donate the blood and become a member of this App.

4.2 Modules of Blood Bank Management System

Online Blood Bank management system is to provide services for the people who are in
need of blood by getting help from the donors who are interested in donating blood for
the people. There are seven main modules in this system.

● Admin
● Donor
● Donor Registration
● Acceptors
● Donor Search

1 Admin

Admin can manage both donors and acceptors. He can add or remove any user from the
system. Each member donor and acceptor is given a user id and password, which
identifies him uniquely. Admin module use can change donor details, delete donors or
change the password.

2 Donor

From this module user can create their account, when user create his account the user
get a user id and password which identifies him uniquely. From this module user can
search donor for blood and can also refer his friend to become a donor. "Donors can
also get information like when he donated blood or when he will be able to donate
blood.

3 Donor Registration

In this module, people who are interested in donating blood get registered in my App
and give his overall details related to him, i.e. he fills in a registration form by giving the
total details such as name, address, city, sex, blood group, telephone numbers, email
address, etc. He was also given two fields’ username and password to such that he was
a registered donor and he can enter the login form with his username and password and
can modify his details if needed
4 Acceptors

This module helps users to find blood groups. Then the user clicks on find a blood group
system and asks him to enter the blood group he wants to search. After entering the
blood group, the system searches for the availability of the blood group and gives him
the list of the donors who have the same blood group. Whenever a user wants to
change password he selects the change password option. Then the system asks the user
to enter an old username and password then the system checks the credentials and
changes the password. Clicking on the logout button user can log out from the system.

5 Donor Search

The people who are in need of blood can search in our App for getting the details of
donors having the same blood group and within the same city. They can directly click on
the link search for a donor and can select a city name as well as the blood group which he
needs. He then gets the details of the donors who exist within the city and the same blood
group that he has selected. If no match was are found for the city and group selected by
him he getmessage

7 Advantages of this Project

This project have major advantages some are given below

❖ Each person who donates blood completes a simply physical examination and
short blood test before giving blood
❖ People can save time by using this App. And easily get the blood as he need
❖ This app will provide hundreds of people with blood groups that will not need to
go anywhere outside.
❖ It can deposit into different organs of the body, such as the liver and heart, and
affect the way those organs function
❖ A person should never use donating blood to find out if they have any blood-
borne diseases, such as hepatitis, hepatitis C, or HIV.
❖ Donating blood has the power to impact up to three people who need the blood
to survive
❖ Donating blood burns up to 650 calories per donation, according to the St.
Mary's Medical Center, Blue Springs, MO
