Architectural Plan

1. Architectural floor plan up to approved.


2. 1st, 2nd and 3rd basement floor plan with car parking.
3. Ground floor and 1st to 15th full floor plan with details.
4. Front, East, South and North Elevation.
5. Details Drawing of Toilet, Door, Window, Stair, Lintel, Drop Wall,
Railing Parapet wall ETC.
6. Sanitary Fitting and Fixture layout plan and Glass Fitting Details.
7. Two side 3D Views and Full Building 3D animation.
8. Preparing of architectural construction drawing including necessary
details.

Note: Any other architectural design and drawings if required,


related with the project will be supplied by the consultant.

Structural Design
1. Preparing of all structural working drawing details.
2. Foundation layout plan with protection measures.
3. Brick foundation where necessary.
4. Details of shore pile.
5. Details of shore pile bracing drawing.
6. Details of pile and pile cap and shear wall if necessary.
7. Detail of grade beam.
8. RCC Retaining wall.
9. Details of capsule lift core
10. Details of escalator beam and other supports.
11. Column design and drawing.
12. Details of ramp.
13. Stair design and drawings
Note: Any other Structural design and drawings if required,
related with the project will be supplied by the consultant.

Electric design

1. Preparation of all Electrical wiring and power distribution design of


the building (for fan, light, air conditioner, pump etc.)
2. Three basement floors with ground floor plan.
3. Fixture layout plan.
4. Conduit line diagram.
5. Circuit diagram.
6. MDB connection diagram.
7. Preparing of Electrical substation position and require power supply
details.
8. Preparing of necessary drawing of telephone line, broadband line,
dish CCTV wiring etc.

Note: Any other Electrical design and drawings if required,


related with the project will be supplied by the consultant.

Plumbing design

1. Preparing of total plumbing and sewerage design in details.


2. Rain water Disposal system.
3. Waste water disposal system.
4. Night soil disposal system including external connection with WASA
line.
5. Septic tank and soak wall, inspection pit if required.
6. Preparation of underground water reservoir and overhead water tank
design and details drawing.
7. Gas line connection system drawings from public line ( if required).
8. Providing firefighting arrangements in central lobby from
underground water reservoir.

Note: Any other Plumbing design and drawings if required,


related with the project will be supplied by the consultant.

Soil Test

Sub soil investigation report up to 100 ft from EGL, sample collection 5ft
interval, test perform from BRTC, No of Boring minimum 5 nos.
