Reglas para añadir -ing al verbo principal


wear  wearing
Regla general Añaden:
drink  drinking
(la mayoría de los verbos)
-ing play  playing
dance  dancing
Se quita la -e y se añade:
Los verbos terminados en: -e have  having
-ing make  making
Doblan la última consonante run  running
Los verbos terminados en:
consonante + vocal + consonante sit  sitting
y se añade: -ing swim  swimming

3- Are you learning a book in your room? 3- Is jim talking on the phone?

- Mi hermano está jugando al fútbol en el parque. - Tu estás viendo la tele en el cuarto de estar.

1- My brother is playing futbol in the park. 1- you are watching tv in the living room

2- My brother isn´t playing futbol in the park. 2- you aren´t watching tv in the living room.

- Mi madre está comprando ropa en esa tienda. - María está cocinando la cena.

1- My mother is buying clothes in that store. 1- Maria is cooking dinner

2- MY mother isn´t buying clothes in that store. 2- Maria isn´t cooking dinner
