Roro Jonggrang
There was once a kingdom in Prambanan with a beautiful princess named Roro Jonggrang live with
her father, Ratu Boko.
All of a sudden, Ratu Boko was attack by Bandung Bondowoso. Without knowing anyone he
followed Ratu Boko and they started figthing.
Bandung : “Hey! Don’t you dare to escape from me! Hahahaha”
*fighting*
They both keep fighting and Ratu Boko finally killed. It was such a tragedy.
Roro Jonggrang was grieving of the death of her father, Ratu Boko.
- You Were One -
Maid 1 :” Princess.. Please be strong, your father is in heaven now.”
All the maids could feel what Roro Jonggrang was feeling, she loves her father and they used to
always be together, but now she felt lonely.
While Jonggrang and her maids were hanging out at the Keputren, suddenly everyone suprised with a
beautiful male voice.
- Hey A Beautiful Princess -
- Who On Earth Are You -
- This Is Me Bandung Bondowoso -
- Hey You Prince Bandung -
Jonnggrang : “So, how do you see yourself with my effort prince?”
Bandung : “I’ve got nothimg to worry about, Princess. I will do as your wish”
Bandung Bondowoso was very happy, for him making one thousand temples was not hard thing to do.
Since he could easily completed with the help of his genies. Bandung started calling his genies by
doing some meditation.
Genie 1 : “Your Majesty we are ready to do your order hahaha”
Bandung : “Good, i want you to help me make a thousand temples, and you only have one night to
complete this.”
Genie 2 : “Your order is our pleasure your majesty hahahaha”
Genie 3 : “Shall we move on?”
Genies : “let’s go!”
*The genies start making the temples*
All the genies were working hard to finish making the temples.
At the other palace, one late afternoon, Jonggrang was playing with her maids.

All the cheerful and happy faces were shown by the maids.
Bandung Bondowoso won’t be able to completing the order.
Maid 1 : “Hahaha Prince Bandung is over confidence, he thinks he can do magic, can he?”
Maid 2 : “Hey, don’t say that, we don’t know Prince Bandung. He use magic in completing this order.
Maid 3 : “Yaaa, didn’t you see his face when he said he could do what our princess order?”
Maid 1 : “I know he confidence when he answer ‘yes’. Huh, such a liar!”
Maid 2 : “Ooo c’mon girls, well for me Prince Bandung is hot, tought? Hahaha”
Jonggrang : “Hey.. hey.. hey.. what are you talking about?”
Maid 3 : “Ooo princess, we are sorry we were not talking about anything.”
Maid 1 : “Yeah, princess we were just playing a game.”
Jonggrang : “Ooo really? Can i join?”
Maid 2 : “Sure, you can princess”
Maid 3 : “Ok now everyone let’s make a circle, and hand in hand please.”
Maid 1 : “And you princess, you in here in the middle.”
Maid 2 : “Ok now everyone let’s sing together. One.. two.. go!”

Maid 3 : “Princess, what do you want me to find you?”
Jonggrang : “I want a chair please.”
Maid 1 : “Here is a chair for you princess.”
They were playing until they forget that it was geting dark, so they decide to go back to the palace.
It was midnight, Roro Jonggrang was still awake, she could not fall asleep for she was to worry about
the effort of Bandung was making.
Suddenly she found that Bandung had almost completed making the thousand temples, she was very
anxious.
Jonggrang : “Maids.. maids.. maids..wake up.. wake up everyone.”
Maid 2 : “ What’s going on princess?”
Jonggrang : “Prince Bandung has almost finish making the temples. I’m not going to let him
completing it.”
Maid 3 : “So what should we do princess?”
Jonggrang : “Now, someone please make the rooster crow.”
Maid 1 : “Ok princess, i’m going now.”
Jonggrang : “ Thank you, you please go pound the rice.”
Maid 2 : “Ok princess.”
Jonggrang : “And the last wake up all the people here, were make it as if it already morning.”
Maid 3 : “Ok princess.”
At the other palace, Bandung Bondowoso was still meditating, while his genies working the last
temple.
Suddenly, Bandung was bothered by the sound of rooster crow.
Bandung : “What? It is impossible, i can’t believe it already morning. Hey you genies! What are you
have been doing?”
Genie 1 : “This is the last temple your majesty.”
Genie 2 : We can’t continue, the sun and rooster crow were hurting our ears.”
Genie 3 : “We have to go now.”
Genies : “We are sorry your majesty.”
Bandung : “Get out of my way genies. Anyway this is not right Jonggrang, you must complete
something to me.”
Bandung could see that Roro Jonggrang had done something wrong, he want to go to Jonggrang
palace and found her.
Jonggrang : “So, you failed Prince Bandung, you can’t even fulfill what i want to do. So you don’t
deserve to marry me.”
Bandung : “You such a liar Jonggrang, i know you trick me, so now Jonggrang, you deserve to
complete my thousand temple.”
Maids : “Jonggranggg!”
*Jonggrang become a stone*
