SITE SELECTION

SITE A:

Barangay Canlubang

The site in Barangay Canlubang of Calmba Laguna with a total of 5.4 hectares. It is along

the Kapayapaan road across the Jose Yulo Sr. Ave.. This site has an irregular shape which gives

an opportunity in developing a complex development for the facility and future expansion. The

location of this site is in a residential, commercial, general institutional and special institutional

zone in their growth management area 1. And its neighboring developments are varying from

residential to commercials and institutional giving wide opportunity to cater the needs of the

facility.
SITE B:

Barangay Mayapa

Located at Barangay Mayapa of Calamba Laguna With its total area of 13,879 sqm. Located through
Mayapa Road. The site seems to be the only available vacant lot in Barangay Mayapa. The site
is suitable but the total area of the site is too limited for the future development and expansion.
SITE C:

Barangay Pansol

Located at Barangay Pansol of Calamba Laguna. The site can be easily accessed along
through Manila S road. Its neigboring developments are varying from resorts. The site is an
interior lot with a total area of 3.5 ha, showing that the site is too big whit a shape and too long for the
development.
