leadership. Leading that clearly showing when colleagues looked reluctant
from his suggestions. Mainly Chief Marketing Officer Jeffery when he said
it would hammer them. But he stood strong and showed the leadership. The
second one, he meet his team 2 time in the day to inspirit and monitor them.

Answer 3:

Major challenge Target that was facing is the massive cyberthift that waylaid
Target late [in 2013] had knocked confidence and trust in the 51-year-old
retailer to an all-time low and that required a lot of expense and investment
in information technology to solve the problem and also prevent future
issues for the organization. (in information technology)
Another challenge that was facing is a Target must be quick to respond to
customers, which means it has to spend in call centres and increased staff at
locations and it has to be innovative. (in competitive advantage)
Final challenge is (Ethics-related). By gaining the customer trust back and
disclosing an extremely high number of affected users, and creating
significant expenses for the organization.

Answer 4:
Interpersonal: he meets his team 2 times in the day to inspirit and monitor
them.
Decisional: In the time that colleagues looked reluctant from his
