Dear Manager,

I am writing to inform you of my resignation from being an engineer at MP Port Services


SDN BHD, effective one month from today’s date, 10 April 2019.

This decision is based purely on personal reasons, which is I need to take care of my
pregnant wife in Selangor and not because any dissatisfaction with my role within your
company.

Please let me know what I can do to assist with the transfer of my responsibilities before I
leave. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you MP Port Services for having me as
part of your team and wish you and the company the very best going forward.
