TOPIC- DUTIES OF BAILEE

The term “bailee” is directly related to the term ‘bailment’ which means the delivery of goods
by one person to another for some purpose, on contract basis that when the purpose is
accomplished, be returned or otherwise disposed of according to the directions of to person
delivering them. Here the person who receiving the goods is the “bailee”. There are some
duties of bailee which he have to fulfil when he takes goods from the other person these
duties are Duty to take care of goods bailed, Duty not to make unauthorized use of goods
bailed, Duty not to mix the bailor's goods in his own, Duty to return the goods bailed, Duty to
return with increase in the goods bailed and Duty not to deny the title of the Bailor. In this
project we will discuss in detail on every duty formerly mentioned with the help of case
analysis means on every duty I will explain one case in context of that duty.
