PRESENT PERFECT (настоящее совершенное время

Form: have/has + V3(ed)

Past Simple: I painted a picture. (+)


Present Perfect: I have painted a picture. (+)
I haven’t painted a picture. (-) have/has not V3 (ed)
Have you painted a picture. (?) have/has subject V3 (ed)

Used:
1. when an action started in the past and continues in the present:
I have lived in Paris for 10 years (I started living there 10 years ago
and I am still living)

2. when an action is performed during a period that has not yet


nished: We haven’t seen her today (and the day isn't over yet);

3. when an action was completed in the very recent past (expressed by «just»):
I have just nished my homework;

4. when an action is repeated in an unspeci ed period between the past and now:
They have seen this lm 4 times

5. when the time of an action isn’t important but the result: I have read a book.

!Note! If you want to get details about when, where, who, you use just Past Simple: It
happened 2 years ago (ago = Past Simple).

Indicators:
ever – когда-либо, когда бы то ни было, когда-нибудь
never – никогда
just – как раз, точно, едва, только что, всего лишь,
совсем, только-только, лишь, сейчас
already – уже, ранее, даже
not … yet – все еще нет, нет еще, еще не, еще нет
before – раньше, прежде, перед тем как
lately – давно, на днях ( ~ recently
of late – с недавних пор, за последнее время, недавно
so far – пока что, до сих пор, пока еще
recently – недавно, на днях, в последнее время
by now – на настоящий момент
up to now – до сих пор, до настоящего времени
since – с (с какого-то момента)
still – все еще
