Service and Engineering Head of Atlantica Fire Safety Systems, Inc., is currently
assigned and in whose area of assignment is in following cities of CEBU, LAPU-
LAPU and MANDAUE.

This certification is being issued for the purpose of access for entry and exit of our
field personnel in area of assignment within CEBU due to the government’s
declaration of Cebu Lockdown and/or under quarantine mainly because of
CORONA Virus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19).
