CAREER GOAL & OBJECTIVES


Objective of My Career:
To serve in a growth-oriented organization with a vision of career development where I have
the opportunity to assert my managerial, leadership & others academic skills for the purpose
of achieving mission and vision of the organization and to build my career within a
competitive environment.
Specific Objective:
Seeking a challenging career with a multinational company (MNC) and to make use of my
interpersonal skills to achieve goals of a company that focuses on customer satisfaction.
My Career Goal
My ultimate career goal is to be a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a multinational company
in Bangladesh and I desire to be a corporate leader in a multinational company. I want to start
my career as Human Resource Executive in a well-known multinational company in
Bangladesh. According to this I have divided my career goal into two period. These are:
Short-Term Goal
My immediate goal is to complete my Graduation & Post-Graduation successfully under
BBA (Major in Management Studies) & MBA (Human Resource Management) respectively.
Then I will try to explore a chance to set my career as Human Resource Executive.
Long-Term Goal
My ultimate and long-term goal is to be a corporate leader and I want to hold the post of
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in a multinational company in Bangladesh.
