 A little bit about yourself and your study intentions


 Please state the course title that you intend to study. You need to demonstrate that you researched multiple sources of information before choosing this programme
 Please describe reasons for choosing this university. It will add value if you are able to compare [university] to other institutions you considered in your home
country/UK/other English speaking countries
 Please address a study gap of more than 12 months if applicable. If you have had a study gap, we’d be interested to know why you are looking to go back to your full time
studies

 Please explain how [programme] will address your future career plan, what difference will it make?
 Please link this course to your previous studies. What wasn’t covered in your previous studies? Does this knowledge gap prevent you from achieving your desired goal?
 What programme modules will help you with bridging your current knowledge gap?
 Please describe what industry sector you see your career developing in

 Are there specific industry tendencies in your home country/globally that you’d like to be a part of in the future?

This applies to the following students:
They have never been to/studied in the UK before
They have completed a foundation course in the UK and failed/didn’t complete and looking for a different provider

 A little bit about yourself and your study aspirations


 Please let us know why you’d like to commence your higher education in the UK/London and not any other country
 Please demonstrate your understanding about foundation programme as an academic progression route to your undergraduate.

 QAHE foundation programmes are typically more hours per week (typically 20 versus 12-15) and include a lot of content that allow students more learning to
build their confidence.
 The content is more English focused and is therefore ideal for building language skills and confidence, in an academic context.
 It is a truly international experience – you will be with students from all over the world and you will meet international students to help you settle and adapt to
studying in the UK ahead of your degree.  Essentially this is about acculturation and adjustment to the UK .
