Dimensions of Construction Strips

This document provides estimated and actual measurements for various construction components of a building including: 1) The foundation which includes strip footings and raft foundation with minor variances between estimated and actual measurements. 2) Tie beams and shear walls with actual measurements close to but slightly different from estimated. 3) A basement covering slab and beams with actual slab area much larger but beams smaller than estimated. 4) Stairs including main and servant stairs with good match between estimated and actual measurements.
