5.1.1 Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle both import and export air and ocean shipments effectively and efficiently.
Provide the necessary information to client regarding air/ocean import and export
requirements of Ethiopia and any other country as per client’s request, prepare
marketing material in consultation with each section heads and all staff members.
Notify clients about the whereabouts of their goods on a routine basis.
Administer freight documentation effectively and timely.
Distribute market promotional materials and advertising contents to potential clients
in consultation with the line manager
Study and analyze competitive company`s services as well as price index.
Design and develop marketing strategies.
Sale services and products of PAG to potential clients.
Prepare & promote PAG via brochures, flyers & Ad. Materials to clients.
Follow up yearly printing of PAG calendar related materials.
