► Also called “Bhava-sagara”, the ocean of
illusions.
► Is the gap that separates our consciousness
from the Absolute. In the nervous system, is
the gap between the Aortic plexus and the
Solar plexus.
► Is the ocean in which human attention, in
the seeking of the Self, gets lost in the
material world.
► To help us cross it, the guru principle has
been manifested through 10 great masters.
► Finally with the Realization we can become
our own masters.
QUALITIES

► Discipline.

► Introspection.
► Gravity.
► Relation: Disciple-master.
► Sincerity.

CAUSES OF CATCH
► Lack of dharma (No respect for the
divine laws and morals).
► False gurus.
► Reading books with false knowledge.
► Lethargy, lack of mastery over oneself.
► Lack of discipline, of gravity.
► Fanaticism.
► No recognition of any of the ten
masters .
HOW TO IMPROVE IT
► Saying the Shri Adi Guru Dattatreya mantra.
► Affirming: “Mother I am my own guru”.
► Drinking a glass of salted warm water before
breakfast.
► Foot soaking in salted water (hot or cold
depending on the case).
► Candle work: Make circles clock wise,
around the chakra.
► Declaring as false all the previous followed
gurus.
