RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN


(CBYDP) FOR THE YEARS 2020-2022 OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY ____,
STA. CRUZ ZAMBALES AS INCORPORATED IN THE ANNUAL BUDGET.

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of
2015 and its implementing rules and regulations and in consultation and concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan,
shall formulate a three-year rolling plan which shall be known as the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development
Plan;

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan should be aligned with the Philippine Youth
Development Plan (PYDP) and other Local Youth Development Plan of the city/province;

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan shall serve as basis in the preparation of the
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Programl;

WHEREAS, the CBYDP shall give priority to programs, projects and activities that will promote equitable access to
quality education, environment protection, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth
employment and livelihood, health and anti-drug abuse, gender sensitivity, sports development and capability
building which emphasizes leadership training;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Member ____ duly seconded by all SK members present;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, the approval of the 2020-2022 Comprehensive Barangay Youth
Development Plan of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay ____, Sta. Cruz Zambales.;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Municipal Accounting Office, Municipal
Budget Office, DILG Office, Sangguniang Bayan and other offices concerned for their information.
