1. Have you had any heart-felt "repentance" experience? Discuss it thoroughly.

- During my junior high school years, I was depressed that I came to the point where I
had so many suicidal thoughts. I reached its peak when I attended CAT training. I
was not supported to do the training and it made my self-esteem very low. It made me
feel like a complete failure. All the mistakes I did in the past kept on piling up in my
mind and it made my situation even worse. I had no courage to talk to anyone that is
why I kept it all to myself. I reached the point where I hurt myself because of those
unwanted thoughts. I was dead inside and I had nothing else to do but cry and pity
myself. I shut myself out from my friends and family. I would always go to the
adoration chapel alone to cry and talk to God. One night, I did not expect that my
mother would come and talk to me and it helped change my perspective. I felt God
was hugging and comforting me and that was when I realized that I was wrong. I
embraced God's presence in my life and repented what I did.

2. At this time of pandemic, who is Jesus Christ to you? Have you surrendered to Him
as your Lord and Savior? Why or Why not?
- Jesus is my strength. He gives me and my family courage to face all the challenges
this pandemic gives us. He is my savior. He surrounds us with His loving presence
which protects us from all harm. He did not and will never abandon us through good
and bad times. He fills our heart with hope and love so that we may see a new
beginning every time the sun rises.
