Data Controls
1. Consignee Name
i. Consignee Name must not exceed 50 Characters.
ii. Consignee Name must not contain single quote. [ ‘ ]
2. Consignee Address
i. Consignee Address must not exceed 200 Characters.
ii. Consignee Address must not contain single quote. [ ‘ ]
3. Consignee Mobile Number
i. Consignee Mobile Number must not exceed 16 characters (Current Scenario).
ii. Consignee Mobile Number must only contain numeric or ‘-’.
4. Consignee Email
i. Consignee Email must not exceed 50 characters.
ii. Consignee Address must not contain single quotes. [ ‘ ]
5. Destination City
i. Destination City must be one of the Cities provided to our respected customers.
6. Pieces
i. Pieces must only contain whole numbers such as 1, 2, 3, 10, 20, 31, 99, 100 etc.
ii. Pieces must be greater than 0.
7. Weight
i. Weight must only contain either whole number or decimal number
ii. Weight must be greater than 0
iii. Weight must not exceed 9,999 Kg for Road n Rail.
iv. Weight must not exceed 99 Kg for service types other than Road n Rail.
8. COD Amount
i. COD Amount must only contain numeric characters.
ii. COD Amount must not exceed PKR. 99,999.
9. Customer Reference Number
i. Customer Reference Number must not be empty.
ii. Customer Reference Number must not contain single quotes. [ ‘ ]
10. Special Handling.
i. Must only contain either ‘YES’ or ‘NO’
11. Service Type
i. System will only allow the service types that have been assigned to Customer.
12. Product Details
i. Product detail must not exceed 200 characters.
ii. Product details must not contain single quotes. [ ‘ ]
13. Remarks
i. Remarks must not exceed 200 characters.
ii. Product details must not contain single quotes. [ ‘ ]
