In this worksheet you will consider some of the basic elements that are critical to forming a successful
business. As you read in the article “Problem versus Solution”, it is critical to understand a specific
problem that is experienced by a specific set of customers.

You may have the perfect solution already, but it’s unlikely. Most new companies fail because they
