Paper Tower Project
Introduction
The purpose of this project is to ensure the project will be complete within time and within the
budget. This project includes Gantt Chart,Work Breakdown structure Critical path analysis, and
HR Allocation.
The Cost Management Plan identifies the materials and there cost related to the project. The Cost
Management Plan will define how the costs on project will be managed throughout the project’s
lifecycle. It will set the format and parameters by which the project cost is measured, reported
and controlled.
Purpose & Scope
To build a minimum 5 Feet Tall Paper Tower within the budget of Rs 18K, must get completed
within given time i.e., 50 minutes.
Tower’s top must be strong enough to place something weighing about 50gms.

Mr. Sarmad will be manager Finance &Procurement.

Change Procedure and CCB
The following procedure will be adopted for change.
CCB will first identify the change
Create a change request
Perform Integrated Change Control
Assess the change
Look at the impact of the change
Change is approved or rejected
Adjust the project management plan and baseline (if req.)
Notify stakeholders affected by the change
Manage the project as per the new project management plan

Every manager will have to take approval from Mr. Usman who will be in charge of CCB he will
review all changes required and give approval.
Approval level
For every change Mr. Abdur Rehman will approve changes initially, later on Usman .
After that, summery will got o Project Manager (to be assigned by Instructor) , and he will finally
approve to make the change accepted or denied.
Control reports
Control reports will differentiate significant problems from less serious problems within the
project. These Control reports will be a source of monitoring the project too and will prove
fruitful while taking preventive actions (CAPA).
Gantt chart
Definition
A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart, devised by Henry Gantt in the 1910s, that illustrates
a project schedule. Gantt charts illustrate the start and finish dates of the terminal
elements and summary elements of a project.

Definition
A work breakdown structure is a key project deliverable that organizes the
team's work into manageable sections. The Project Management Body of Knowledge
(PMBOK) defines the work breakdown structure as a "deliverable oriented hierarchical
decomposition of the work to be executed by the project team.
Critical path
Definition
In project management, a critical path is the sequence of project network activities which
add up to the longest overall duration, regardless if that longest duration has float or not.
This determines the shortest time possible to complete the project
