(Zero Cconditional)
IF clause uses present
simple (PS)
Main clause uses present
simple (PS)
You should separate between the two clauses by a
comma
We use this conditional to say something fact
(First Conditional)
IF clause uses future simple
Main clause uses future
simple (PS)
This conditional expresses a possible condition and
its result in the future
(Second Conditional)
IF clause uses past simple
Main clause (would and other modal verbs) + the
base-form of the verb
This conditional expresses an impossible situation
and its probable situation
(Third Conditional)
IF clause uses past perfect (had + P.P)
Main clause uses (would + have + P.P)
A past situation which is too late to change
