Subject: Proposal for Scope of work and Professional Fees 

This is in reference to our discussion about waterdrome project feasibility report in Mumbai
(Maharashtra), we hereby submit our scope of work and professional fees for the project.

1. SCOPE OF WORK 
Stage 1
a. Review of Present Law & Rules for the development of Water drome.
b. Visual survey of Site surroundings.
c. Preparation of feasibility report based on site visit with recommendations for utilization of
the site.
Stage 2
d. Preparation of Executive Report for proposal of project.
e. Providing recommendation for selection of specialized consultant for preparation of
ERR( Economic rate of return) and IRR ( Internal rate of Return) for financial and economic
feasibility.
f. Topographical & Obstruction survey for site.
Stage 3
g. Assessment of land required, Development. 
h. Environmental Impact study and Clearances. 
i. Obtaining preliminary statuary approvals viz., Local urban body, Coastal Regulation, DGCA
etc.
j. Stage 4
k. Appointing of contractor for the execution of project.

2. PROFESSIONAL FEE 
For stage 1- Rs-2,50,000 (Two Lac twenty-five thousand only), excluding applicable taxes.

Fees for the other stage shall be based on quantum of work.

3. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT 
Advance 50 % Payment and balance after the report submission.   

4. TIME SCHEDULE: 
Ten working days after Site visit.  

Note: Site drawings/ plan provided by client.,

Transport (Economy class Airfare from domestic location of respective associates) and
accommodation( 3 Star Hotel) facility shall be provided by client.
