Sir;

The Supreme Student Government Officers plan to hold a student’s night party on September 27,
2019 at Balite Integrated School Covered Court. With this year’s theme “Denim Rocks”, we aim
to gather the 21st century students and teachers and make them acquainted with each other. We
also aim to develop their camaraderie and talents.

Below are the lists of what we planned for the party.


1. Ticket for the party will cost 150.00 pesos. Proceeds will be use for sounds &lights, stage
decorations, food for guests and students and chairs.
2. There will be a search for King and Queen of the Night 2019.
3. There will be a search for Mr. & Ms. Face of the Night.
4. There will be a presentation of each section entitled “Section mo, Show mo!”.
5. There will be voting boxes for candidates of Mr. and Ms. King and Queen of the Night
2019. Each vote for candidates will be P 2.00 (two pesos). People’s Choice Award will be
given to the candidate with the highest amount of money gathered through voting.

In line with this, we humbly ask your permission to make this activity possible for our students.
We hope to seek an opportunity for our students to get more inspired and have a good beginning
as they started soaring this school year. We believe that your presence as our School Head will be
a fountain of inspirations and purpose driven night for our young minds.

We hope for your most favorable response regarding this matter.
