DESIGN CONCEPT

Including the ancient architectural design with the modern designing that shows the roots of
principles in design creates a unique sight and choice for the people and to give a different vibe and
comfort to its community with the help of applying green elements to cope the insufficient natural
greenscape.

FORM CONCEPT

Incorporating both the design elements of Egyptian, Greek, and Modern architecture that shows
a flowing effect on how the architecture evolved with respect to their chronology.

STYLEGUIDE

With the combination of using some of the major materials and identifiable elements of Greek
and Egyptian architecture like the columns, symbols, and sculptures, etc. to the modern style of
designing with a widely use of glass walls to unify and complement its design to the local community.

THEME

Ancient-Modern Architecture – combining the ancient architecture to the modern architecture


with a still identifiable element of each other creates a time-travel vibe through the evolution of
architectural design as well as to give a new sight of development to the community.
