Process : how portal is useful…

» Profile and Resume Screening


 Mapping position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal
accountabilities and other relevant details.
 Drawing up a list of potential candidates based on the job specifications by utilizing our
networks and database and advertising for the vacancy.
 Following up with candidates to verify the candidate's job history, skill sets,
accomplishments, compensation package, education, career aspirations, etc. to determine if
they are an appropriate match.

 
» Telephonic Interview Screening
 Matching every potential candidate with one of our consultant who are in the same
industry sector and have similar work profile with more skills and experience than the
candidate.
 Debriefing the consultant about the candidate profile and the job requirement and
specification to help the consultant understand the technology, deliverables and skills on
which to evaluate the candidate.
 Coordinating with the consultant and the candidate to fix up the time for the telephonic
screening process. This interview is recorded by us.
 Following up with the consultant to review the results of the interview process and
drafting a feedback for the client about the candidate�s ability to meet the client�s
specification.

 Coordinating the results of the entire search process to determine the best qualified
candidates for the position. Making the formal presentation to the client along with the
following documents.
Resume of the candidate
Audio transcript of the interview
Feedback form of the candidate prepared by our associates
 Detailed reference checks on candidates who have been selected for hire, before the offer
is formally extended. If required, we could also help conduct a background check on these
candidates, through appropriate agencies.
 Negotiations for the final candidate's compensation requirements and if required, assist in
completing the hiring arrangements
