Cookery NC-II Training Plan Overview

The training plan outlines the skills and tasks trainees will learn over a 4 week period to qualify for a Cookery NC-II certificate. Trainees will learn how to [1] clean and maintain kitchen premises, prepare stocks, sauces, soups and appetizers, salads and sandwiches, and meat dishes. [2] The training will be conducted through discussions, demonstrations, video viewing and hands-on practice assessed through written exams, demonstrations and observation. [3] The training will take place at HCPI and utilize the kitchen facilities, tools and equipment provided.
