Geography Flip Book Project Guide

This geography project asks students to work with a partner to create a flip book about 10 different landforms. The flip book must include a cover page, the 10 selected landforms with their definitions and pictures, examples of where each landform can be found including exact locations, and a 1 page double spaced narrative in 12 point Times New Roman font. Students will be graded out of 25 points total, with 20 points for content and 5 points for creativity. Partners must be named.

Geography Project

With a partner, you will be creating a flip book for the landforms we learned about in
class. We discussed a plethora of landforms; you and your partner will be responsible for
choosing ten of these terms for your flip book. Please make your flipbook as colorful and
creative as possible, because they will be displayed in the classroom. If you have any questions
or need assistance, please feel free to ask!!!

Your flipbook must include the following:

1) A front/cover page

2) Ten Landforms

3) The definition of each landform

4) A picture of the landform (either drawn or printed)

5) One example of where in the world you can find that landform with exact location

6) A narrative/write up of your landforms (1 page, dbl spaced, times new roman, 12 font)

Grade:

This project is worth a total of 25 points (20 points for content, 5 points for creativity).
