QUESTION NO. 1
Simulation studies are applied to and are used in many scientific fields. The application of a
simulation in production processes constitutes a form of experimenting on a computer model.
Its objective is to provide an answer to the question on how the production system will react to
various situations, according to arranged scenarios. Implementing computer solutions in
production engineering allows for reducing costs that an enterprise incurs due to erroneous
decisions while planning and modernizing production lines. This is as well helpful in reducing
the time required to devise plans for manufacturing new products. The application of
simulation models allows for a more effective selection of manufacturing strategies by
enterprises. Simulation models are typically used when it is impossible or very difficult to devise
an analytical solution of a studied problem. This takes place in the case of analyzing a dynamic
behavior of production systems and processes. An adequate selection of strategies and skillful
management of chosen tools, including methods of computer simulation, allow for and
facilitate solving problems occurring in the activity of an enterprise.
QUESTION NO. 2
Actually simulation model can help us in many place. Simulation model may design for training
create learnings possible instead of the cost disturbance. Suppose take a pilot example as the
pilot is first trained by using many simulation techniques, If he is not trained in this way and is
asked to do direct flying the airplane then if he does any accident there can be lost of millions.
Through simulation can save millions of rupees and very valuable lives can also be saved. That is
why the pilot is first trained a lot of time after that he is kept for the areophane to fly as a pilot.
That's why simulation does a lot of help and a lot of time can also save and a lot of benefit can
be achieved.
QUESTION NO. 3
STATIC SIMULATION: DYNAMIC SIMULATION
In a static system, the state and the output at A system is dynamic if its behavior at a given
a given instant depends only on the input at instant depends not only on the present
this instant. The relation between the input inputs but also on the past inputs. A dynamic
and the output is then given by one or system is said to have memory or inertia. A
several algebraic equations. dynamic system is most often described by
one or several differential equation, one or
several difference equations, one or several
algebraic equations with a time lag.
