COVID-19 has and continues to impact people – their
social, physical, and emotional health & wellness.
In order to stay safe and healthy it’s important to be
well-informed,
And develop behaviours that will help prevent and reduce the risk to
yourself and others around you.
There are factors
beyond an individuals
control which also
have an impact on
their health.
And all of this will impact a person's mental health.
Fear and anxiety about COVID -19 can be overwhelming and following Public
Health measures like social distancing and isolating can make a person feel lonely
and increase a person's stress and anxiety – all impacting your mental health.
Being aware of
how all of this is
making you feel is
important.
It’s important to have good coping skills to help deal with the added
worry and stress surrounding COVID-19.
Even though at times it has felt lonely – we are not alone.

gain knowledge and
develop skills,
attitudes and habits
that will contribute
to the physical,
mental and social
well-being of their
self and others.
