BMA Ultrasound Transducer Report

An ultrasound transducer condition report from July 30, 2020 showed that the GE 8L-RS linear transducer with serial number 104902PD2, manufactured in November 2009, was in good overall condition with only slight discolouration. The cable and lens were also rated as good according to tests performed on a GE Vivid S6 system.
