HIRING OF PERSONNEL

Hiring of personnel should be considered and decided upon my all active partners
of the business. There will be due process in hiring personnel. Below are some
qualifications of personnel which will be hired when the owners find a need to do so.
Since “Twist Confections” will only be hiring staff after 6 months of operations to man
the store, the qualifications are as follows.

 College degree typically preferred


 One year of food service management experience
 Customer service experience
 Excellent interpersonal communication skills
 Understanding of food safety, equipment safety and sanitation regulations
 May be required to pass the background check
 Work well under pressure
 Time management skills
