INDIVIDUAL VALUES ASSESSMENT – AN UPDATE

The purpose of this exercise is to revisit the Values Clarification Worksheet done in the
Living Our Values Workshop. As you do, consider the following questions:
• Has your self assessment of your values changed since you participated in the
Values Workshop?
• If so, why? What has happened to cause a shift in your personal values?
• Is it a shift for the better? Why or why not?
• Are you proud of your personal values? Why or Why not?

most often guide your actions and decisions. Feel free to add values to this
