DIALECTICA INTERVIEW

1. GIVE US A BRIEF ABOUT YOUR CV/TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF..

Growing up, I was always really interested and looking for opportunities to create positive changes in
my environment. I always took part in different organisations throughout my life such as junior
achievement, business planning competitions and and internships. I come from a family of lawyers and
because of this I decided to study law, but I always missed the connection to my entrepreneurial nature.
In my career life, I am always eager to learn new things and therefore I have experience across a variety
of fields such as the entire legal sector, diplomacy and human resources. Specifically, I have experience
working for a company that provides domicilary care in The UK in the HR sector and my responsibilities
were assisting in the provision of financial plans and advising to prospective and existing private clients,
Researching aspects of the firm’s operational planning proposition. Liaising with potential clients and consulting
with them about the benefits of our organisation. Even in this role, I found it easy to identify gaps in the
processes and communicate ideas on how to improve to my employers with success. Also worth mentioning is
my internship in the Nortn macedonian Embassy in London that gave me a lot of opportunities to help people
BLABLA .

I am currently working as a law clerk in a second instance court and my role is mainly consisted of
attending the trials in the civil law department and preparing the draft versions of the decisions made
during those trials. Since we are working in a closed court sessions, this means that I am mainly
communicating with the Judges and Judicial staff for the last 5 years, however, I also bridge
communication across a variety of different stakeholders. While I love this role and the opportunity is
very interesting, I feel the need to work in a more open and dynamic job which will align with my
versatile personality more. I enjoy working and communicating with people from a variety of
backgrounds and I am always eager to learn new skills and adapt to new surroundings. That is why I am
looking for a move from the legal sector into a role with your company.

2. DESCRIBE ONE OF YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS/MOMENT YOU WERE PROUD OF

Last year at the annual court event The president of the court gave me recognition during her speech in
front of all of the employees in regards of my improvement and quality of work and integrity. Same as
step up in a team

3. WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?

I am motivated by having a job where I am providing solutions and adding value to a person or process
and can see the results. I am motivated to succeed in a job when I am aware of opportunities and the
potential progress I am able to have in a role.

4. STRENGHTS AND WEEKNESSES 3/3?


My biggest strengths are I am very ambitious to learn, I have a high degree of adaptability, I can
learn and adapt very quickly. Consistency in my work, always on time and reliable. Weaknesses
are I don’t have much experience in a company/job like this but I am very eager and able to
learn quick, I can have trouble asking for help and can take on too much, I can be critical about
my own and others work because I tend to be a perfectionist.

5. WHAT DID YOU LEARN FROM YOUR EXPERIENCES?

In order to be successful you need to work very hard and diligent. Actually success is 30% talent and
70% hard work .

6. WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 5 YEARS?

I see myself having a high position and having gained a variety of different skills and gaining knowledge
for the business and as a high value professional in this field. I would like to be seen as a high influence
professional, where others come to me for advice, training etc. I would hope that the knowledge I would
have at this point will be leading me to my dream of opening a B-Corp for renewable energy.

7. WHO IS A LEADER YOU ADMIRE AND WHY?

Elon Musk because he is always one step ahead and is such a great visionary for the future. He takes a
lot of risks in a diversified manner, and I admire how he’s capable of handling so many different
ventures so successfully. He is also a pioneer in renewable energy which I’m very interested in.

8. WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES YOU THINK A LEADER AND AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE?

Leaders should be concrete and secure in themselves, should be able to lead by words but also
by example and inspire a shared goal and response throughout his team. Good communication
in both ways I believe are the most necessary things, with active listening being part of bringing
everyone to the same common goal and action plan. I think many of the qualities of an
employee should be similar, with a high degree of adaptability and ability to work in a team.

9. WHY DID YOU APPLY TO DIALECTICA?

The work you do is of a lot of interest to me, the fast paced dynamic in a variety of fields and the ability
to work with such a varying degree of professionals is something I have always dreamed of. I believe my
talents and skills would flourish in such an environment and I could add a lot of value to your firm.

The work you do seems interesting and it aligns with my character. I do love research and fast pace
environments and adding value to all parties involved and I find it motivational to liaise with highly
successful professionals.

many people were missing
