7. As limited as you are right now, you can still adapt the Pay It Forward Movement
even at a Distance. A Ripple Effect may happen with just a simple act. You then
have to do random acts of kindness/benevolence to at least three and tell those
you’ve helped to “Pay It Forward”. Then, journal about your experience. You have
to write about:
a. who you have helped;
b. what actions you have done;
c. how it felt helping someone;
d. what character/values have been developed as you participated in the Pay It
Forward Movement; and
e. insights you have learned from the activity.
