Ideal Poultry Farm Business Plan

My ideal business would be a poultry farm in Abbottabad, KPK to meet the demand for quality chicken products. The farm would have modern technology and ensure hygienic products. It would initially target the local meat market and have over 1000 customers through quality products and affordable prices. The business would generate around 60,000PKR monthly in income through meat and frozen food sales. It would be run as a partnership with two partners and have several employees. Marketing would focus on social media, SEO, banners and digital screens to promote the brand, fresh products, and delivery service within 30 minutes via a mobile app.

Amount of income, Business structure, what will be your marketing strategy

My ideal business:

If I had an ideal business it would be a poultry [Link] in KPK the poultry industry is not that
much developed that is in the Punjab side of [Link] the chicken is in our daily needs and
sometime our market have to bring it from outside the Abbottabad [Link] it is a potential
business to start in Abbottabad .as there are already many farms but they are not of that
quality and modern needs. I want to develop a brand that meet the modern technology
advancement and ensure good and hygienic chicken products.
Therefore this will be the reason to start a business I have visited the market and have done
some research there are some well-known brand like K&N’s that supply the quality product but
they are very expensive as they brought these thing from other [Link] if I will start these on a
local market I will have these at much lower price than [Link] I decided to make a brand that
will initially capture the local meat market and will provide the best hygienic chicken in the best
price possible.

Clints:
most of our clints will be locally from our city. We will ensure a good quality and best possible
prices so that we build a strong relation with our clints .and then they recommend us to their
friends and families. We also provide home delivery services to our clints so it will also create a
bond between our clints. After visiting the marketing and analyzing the behavior of local
peoples in numbers we will have more than 1000 clints that will use our product and home
delivery service.

Amount Income:
There will be different products of our brand .as we are not only stick to provide meat but we
also have our frozen foods like chicken sausages, chicken kebab, chicken nougats etc. we have
analyzed the profit that our potential business can generate on monthly basis and it is around
60,000RS.
Business Structure:
This business will be based on partnership. This business will have two partners in total and I
will have the major investment of 60 percent. Based on business agreement the division of
profit is based on the percentage of individual partner investment.
except this we had employees. We had 5 people working on the farm 2 people on the store and
2 delivery boys for providing home delivery service within the city we pay them on monthly
basis. We also give bonuses to our employees and also different gift on different religious
occasions. except this the tip always goes to the delivery guy .

marketing Strategy:
we will practice Social Media Marketing and SEO as our marketing strategy .as this is the most
affordable and best to practice marketing as we are going to target a specific city. we will also
do some traditional marketing like banners printing and flyers we will also advertise our brand
on different digital screen in the cities. Our main focus is on the quality of food .and providing
hygienic and fresh meat on door step .for ordering our food our customers can user our mobile
app where they can get different discounts and offers and they can have option of multiple
food options they will select the product they want and order and we will deliver the product
less than 30 minutes. Our store will be located in the mod of the city in main market so it will be
in reach of most people.

Information Technology has changed the way of doing business. It has changed the product

Design Characteristics make for Successful page.

A successful website can create a strong online presence for you as a part of your branding and
marketing strategy. For your website to successful, it should not only look good but also provide
a seamless user experience for visitors. This is why good usability is important. To make your
business website a successful one, here are the characteristics it should have.

 It must be mobile-friendly
As we already know, billions of people across the globe use mobile devices to access the
Internet. So, if you expect your business website to be visited by these mobile users, your
website must be mobile-friendly. In other words, your website must carry a responsive
design so it is optimized for both mobile and desktop devices.

 Information must be presented in a well-organized manner

Having plenty of information is good. However, in order to increase the overall usability of
the website, the information available must be arranged perfectly. You should take special
care to arrange and categorize the information available in your website wisely. The key is
to make your website is a user-oriented one.

 Your website shouldn’t take long to load

If your website takes more than 5 seconds to load, visitors will go elsewhere. Think of
yourself; as a modern-day internet user, you prefer websites to load at lightning speed. You
hardly have any time to waste when browsing internet – the same goes for your visitors! If
your website lags when loading, you should restructure it immediately.

 Excellent browser compatibility

Although this is compulsory, a surprising number of business owners often neglect the
browser compatibility. Although most of the leading web browsers open pretty much every
website smoothly, there can be chances for some inconsistencies in the user interface.
Therefore, it is better to check your website’s compatibility with all the major web browsers
before the official launch.

 Smooth navigation
Modern-day internet users demand smooth navigation from every website they visit. An
easy to use interface with simplified navigation options can be a really smart approach in
this case. The navigation should be easy and fast. It is always better to have a limited
number of items in menus if you want to deliver a convenient user experience.

 Simplified design
The overall design of the website must be a simplified, clean and modern one. Don’t make
the home page cluttered and messy. Instead, settle for a clean and simple home page that
displays essential information clearly and attractively. Use a soothing color scheme. It is
better to avoid annoying popup messages and auto-play videos; users don’t really like them.

 It must be interactive
A successful website encourages visitors to interact with it. One of the easiest ways to do so
is by including fillable forms. Forms can increase the interactivity and more importantly, it
can generate more leads for the respective business.
