Assignment title: Construction Project Planning

Tasks to develop:
1. Develop a Work Breakdown Structure for the specific project, following the template
in Figure 1;
2. Develop the List of Activities, encode, and describe them, following the template in
Figure 2;
3. Determine the sequence of the working activities and prepare the Logical Precedence
Diagram, following the template in Figure 3.

Please note the following:

• The assignment is due on May 28, 2020, 23:59 hours, local time. Late projects are not
accepted.
• Students shall upload the typed exam/assignment at the online platform

• Develop the tasks based on the construction project you may find attached.
• In case needed for specific project activities, decide by yourself on the technology you
may use, make assumptions on technical specifications, and explain your choice in a
written section.
• Attach any additional supporting information or clarifications.
