Script Parte 1 del Video:
G: Hi
JC: Hi. How are you? you are nervous? Well, today I have enough people to interview, so I
will try to make this quick and efficient, so it is better for you and for me. Okay?
G: Ok
JC: Well, let's start with the first question.
What did you do outside of school hours while you were in high school?
G: Well, when I was in high school I was lucky to be part of a team twice to win in the
model of the United Nations, I also dabbled in radio, I had a radio announcer role, I
developed three short film scripts, at the same time I had the opportunity to edit 2 short
films, I worked on the communication plan of two non-governmental organizations,
working on the image section in one of them and in the discursive section on the other, also
ventured into the assembly 3 podcast script, and I gave many interactive talks on different
topics.
JC: Well, I see you kept yourself busy all this time. In general, what do you think of your
job managers or teachers? Did you feel they were overwhelming or annoying in any way?
G: No, I don't think they were annoying, I can usually adapt to the boss, no matter what his
treatment is or how he thinks.
JC: Well, it's good to know. Have you ever had differences with them that ended in
something serious?
G: No, I have not had any problem with a boss, I try to keep my personal relationship out
of my professional relationship. He is the boss, you know.
JC: I'm glad to hear that. and tell me, how did you get along with your study and / or work
colleagues?
G: Great. I never had a problem with them, and I can adapt to the character of anyone, I can
work with anyone and I always try to make the best of my coworkers.
JC: Good very good. It is impressive what you have done in such a short time in your life.
As a last question, do you consider yourself a person who can push limits?
G: Yes, I think I can push my own limits, and I am willing to do it if necessary.
JC: Well, you are one of the profiles that we are looking for the producer. Your previous
projects are very interesting, we keep in touch, we will notify you of any situation that
arises.
Script Parte 2 del Video:
G: Hi Juan Cruz, ¿right? I was reading your CV and I found it very interesting. However, I
would like to know more about you. Let's start with the interview, if you agree
JC: I'm glad you agree with my CV, I'm ready for the interview
G: Well! please tell me about yourself, your experience
JC: I have always been interested in video game design in general, and was fortunate to
sell some of my graphic designs online, receiving a reasonable amount of money from my
work. Then I went to university, where I participated in many great projects, at Da Vinci
University.
G: I had read about your projects at Da Vinci, we are always looking. Very interesting, but
what do you know about our company?
JC: What I know about your company, is more than anything its image, that it is a serious
and responsible company and that they have a very good working environment, apart from
their high competitive level alongside other companies in the same environment.
G: It is widely known, and it is not for nothing that we have the best professionals, not
everyone can have a position in this company. You have to earn it, so why are you
interested in the position?
JC: Honestly, I was always interested in the subject of design, from an early age, at 15
years old I started to discover and practice whenever I had the opportunity to improve my
ability. I feel that I can contribute a lot from my vision of life, and being innovative, is the
time to innovate, build for the future. We live in the era of the image, and I can be
Carmack. The position can be my trampoline and I can be his trampoline.
G: everything very nice, very moving. You must have made a mistake, tell me about a time
in your work life when you made a mistake, how did you solve it?
JC: So far I have not made big mistakes in my working life, and I have had mistakes like
everyone else, but nothing that I could not solve at the moment.
G: ok, we'll see. How do you see yourself in 5, 10 years? Does the position match your
expectations for the future?
JC: I see myself working with what I like, living well, and who knows, maybe with a
partner.
The position quite meets my expectations for the future, you could almost say that it is the
fundamental piece of this complicated puzzle.
G: Okay. It was an interesting talk, I wanted to meet the person behind the projects, and if
you want to challenge them, we keep in contact and we will notify you of any news.
Bye, Elbow salute
